Nielsen's retail auditors collected in-store data on handheld terminals, but lost their place, scrolled long lists and re-entered the same data.

Design an efficient, modular interface for the handheld application framework that new auditors could learn with little training.

I shadowed auditors at a Walmart and a bodega, turned findings into design guidelines, and created a hub-based conceptual model, task flows and wireframes.
