Next-generation messaging for touch phones
AT&T was building a next-generation messaging app for its Blackcomb 2 touch phones, in two form factors: keyboardless and slider.
Specify how conversations, new messages, replies and attachments work across a portrait on-screen keypad, landscape QWERTY and a slide-out keyboard.
I designed the application map, user flows and annotated screen details in AT&T's experience specification format.
AT&T launched Next Generation Messaging, with threaded conversations, on its touch and slider messaging phones in March 2010.
