Satellite internet download manager
WildBlue's satellite internet customers hit slow speeds and bandwidth caps, often because large downloads ran during congested hours.
Encourage customers to change their download behavior through a download manager they would actually want to use.
I interviewed customers, wrote three storyboarded use cases, tested them with eight WildBlue customers, and recommended how to introduce and incentivize the tool.
